Agnoletti High School

Agnoletti high School – Sesto Fiorentino FI

A school designed by the Settanta7 agency in Turin, oriented towards sustainability and high energy efficiency, with flexible, multifunctional spaces to facilitate study, aggregation and socialisation among the students.

Inspired by the European community school model, this school design promotes creativity, entrepreneurship, and collaboration between students and teachers, fostering interaction and shared learning.

The Agnoletti High School Project

The Agnoletti High School project unfolds in a linear structure divided into three blocks of varying heights. Two of these blocks are dedicated to academic activities, while the third houses a modern and functional gymnasium. The building’s architecture stands out for its deep connection with the urban context and surrounding landscape. The facades, characterized by a balanced interplay of transparency and opacity, open up towards green areas, seamlessly blending the building with its natural environment.

GAM Furniture for Agnoletti High School

For Agnoletti High School, GAM has developed furniture solutions that integrate harmoniously with the architecture and pedagogical goals of the project. The furnishings are designed to be flexible and modular, allowing spaces to be quickly adapted to meet various educational needs. From classrooms to laboratories and common areas, each piece has been conceived to create environments that promote interaction, collaboration, and active learning.

The common areas have been furnished by GAM with solutions intended to encourage informal interactions, supporting a learning approach that goes beyond traditional methods and is rooted in shared experiences. Notable among these spaces is the “distributed library,” which includes areas for individual and group reading, relaxation zones, and meeting spaces, providing students with a dynamic environment where school becomes a continuous opportunity for growth.

Desks and chairs, made from eco-friendly and certified materials, are ergonomic and ensure maximum comfort for students, promoting proper posture and greater concentration. The selection of colors and materials has been carefully curated to create a welcoming and stimulating atmosphere that aligns with the school’s educational philosophy.
